FOUNDER
Ariella Steinhorn
Ari is a writer and media entrepreneur. She works with law firms, whistleblowers, executives, authors, journalists, and everyday people who want to unearth stories, tell compelling narratives, or make sense of a specific life inflection point.
She has ghostwritten stories and articles for senior lawyers, whistleblowers, business executives, and workers, and also collates documentation and timelines to bring to a vast journalist network, serving as somewhat of a conduit between sources and journalists.
Ari founded Lioness, a platform for whistleblowers to provide first-person accounts, and Simone, a startup that connected workers to employment lawyers and therapists.
Her essay about her experiences as a woman was published in New York Times's Modern Love, and her writing and commentary on employment, free speech, and relationship dynamics have been published in Fortune, Newsweek, CNBC, Bloomberg, the LA Times, and the Boston Globe.
She previously worked at Uber and led communications at subsidiaries of Ford and WeWork. In a past life she was training to be a ballerina.
Ari is interested in people who do not fit into conventional molds or boxes, and stories that liberate rather than constrain. She enjoys peeling back layers of reality with the understanding there is always a story behind the story.
